 The Pine Township Engine Company was organized in 1985. Our response area surrounds the borough of Grove City, Pennsylvania and Covers an area of about 37 square miles in south east Mercer County. We are a volunteer organization responding to all types of emergency incidents. We do not run medical calls unless requested. The department runs about 250 calls per year. Our station is located just outside the Grove City borough on State Route 208. Our station number in coordinance with Mercer county is 85.
Mission Statement:
The mission of this organization shall be the preservation of life and property from but not limited to fire, flood or other disasters in Pine Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, as well as the outlying territories as agreed upon, and to hold such real or personal property as shall be necessary in carrying out this mission
