Friday afternoon Station 85 was alerted for a Service call for reported wires down and poles down due to a tractor trailer hitting a pole. Chief 85 arrived on scene to find 2 poles down with wires. Squad 85 responded along with Command 85 to close down the road at the intersections of West Main St. and Cranberry Rd. Pine Township also was notified to bring out road closed signs. Crews operated on scene approx an hour. The road ended up being closed for several hours until Penn Power restored power.
